All services are designed to support decision-making, alignment, and execution within your organization.

Our work is advisory in nature.

• We provide perspective, analysis, and recommendations

• You retain full responsibility for decisions and outcomes

• No specific business results are guaranteed

Strategy Sessions

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking

• Sessions are confirmed once payment is received

Other Services

• Pricing and payment terms for assessments or advisory engagements will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the start of work

For Strategy Sessions:

• You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded

For other services:

• Terms will be defined in the engagement agreement

• Strategy Sessions are generally non-refundable once completed

• If you are unable to attend, rescheduling is the preferred option

• Refund policies for other services will be defined separately

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and relevant information

• Participate in sessions in good faith

• Take responsibility for implementing decisions and actions

We treat all client information as confidential.

• Information shared will not be disclosed without your consent

• Exceptions may apply where required by law

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Business outcomes or decisions made based on advisory input
