Created by Dr. Asha Gipson, the firm works with leaders and organizations in fast-growing industries including tech, healthcare and life sciences, legal, and financial services. The firm applies the principles and practices of organizational psychology, recognizing that behavior is a function of both the person and the environment. Ultimately, the firm seeks to improve leadership performance in organizations worldwide.

What Does Executive Assessment Look Like at ALA?
Our firm does two things: executive assessment and leadership advisory. Our executive assessment services use our Define-Select-Align framework to identify what the right leader looks like for the organizational context, select that leader through validated psychometric measures, and align the selected leader with the company’s leadership to ensure success. Leadership is a performance metric that deserves careful, thoughtful, and evidence-based insights. We partner with internal talent leaders, private-equity firms, and retained executive search partners to deliver that value,” she added.

Who Is Behind Addison Leadership Advisory?
Dr. Gipson has consulted and coached leaders for over a decade. Her practice centers on identifying founder and leader bottlenecks, improving team dynamics, and helping individuals navigate organizational change. She also served as practice leader of the Center for Executive Performance, where she conducted leadership assessments, leadership development programs, and executive coaching engagements.
Felix Addison joins Addison Leadership Advisory as a partner, leveraging his former executive experience at two different startups. The firm also maintains a network of independent consultants and specialists who provide their expertise in larger engagements.

Dr. Asha Gipson is the Founder and CEO of Addison Leadership Advisory, where she provides executive assessment and leadership advisory services. She holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and has spent nearly a decade advising founders, CEOs, and executive teams through periods of growth and change.
